The residents of Baghanis village bordering Tavush province informed that on April 25, 17:45 onwards the Azerbaijani military has opened fire on the interstate highway from Kushchi-Ayrum village positions, Qazakh Rayon. The attack was ongoing at 18:20.
The drivers pass the mentioned part of the interstate highway at a high speed, for not to become the target of Azerbaijani bullets. Most drivers pass Voskepar-Baghanis part through the highway bypassing the borderline highway for security. Azerbaijani military has opened fire on Baghanis residents Anush Avagyan and her son Mher Avagyan carrying out agricultural work in a plot of land bordering Baghanis. Fortunately, they have not suffered.
