“Yelq” bloc was conducting its campaign in Nor Nork administrative district. A man, who was complaining that the Republican Party of Armenia had been already chosen before the elections, approached the mayoral candidate of the bloc Nikol Pashinyan. “You will not be able to”, insisted the man.
Nikol Pashinyan answered: “Tell your neighbors not to take bribes, not to come and vote, then you will see whether we are able or not. Do not leave it all to the lists, do not take bribes, do not vote, and let me see whether we are able or not.”
Afterwards, Nikol Pashinyan took the microphone and addressed to the residents: “We take the responsibility of saying that “Yelq” bloc has protected and will protect each vote in its favor. Let the bribe-takers not shake us if they are not able to change a thing. Do not take a bribe, do not vote in exchange for a bribe and you will witness that transformations taking place in the Republic of Armenia.”
