The Constitutional Court publicized the decision relative to the Congress-PPA alliance’s appeal and declined it.
Recall, that the alliance had lodged an appeal on April 2, 2017, to invalidate the decision of the Central Electoral Committee with reference to the results of the parliamentary elections. The President of the Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan announces that the CEC decision on the results of the parliamentary elections remains valid.
