Pashinyan makes new promise in Davtashen: to bring 5 times more international grants

April 28,2017 21:37

“For Yerevan they acquire benches with doubtful prices. For each approximately 160.000 AMD is paid. I believe this is a pointless luxury, hardly the bench costs that much”, told the mayoral candidate of the “Yelq” bloc Nikol Pashinyan during the campaign in Davtashen administrative district.

From the healthcare sector, he outlined the issues of polyclinics: “The majority of them does not serve to the purpose. A linoleum of 74s is on the floor… or enter the toilet, it is terrible… the polyclinics have transformed into objects distributing medicine to chronic patients, instead of being an institution of healthcare.”

As far as the underground is concerned, Nikol Pashinyan noted that it is mentioned in the reports of the Yerevan Municipality that the municipality has renovated metro wagons, meanwhile, in reality, the money has been given by the international structures, for example – the European Union. Nikol Pashinyan added to the promise of building at least one metro station another promise – to bring 5 times more international grants for Yerevan if he is elected as a city mayor.
