Spherik Accelerator evolved according to the real needs of the teams and our program offers a more comprehensive benefits package this year. This includes mentorship, direct assistance in product development but also new market access and international growth. Money is also an important component and when they arrive at the right moment, being able to give a huge boost to any well-structured startup team. This year, we’ve got 1 Million Euro ready to be invested in some disrupting startups”, declared Dan Sturza, the Investment Manager in Spherik.

4 months acceleration program

Nina Moldovan, Spherik President, said that “the new program has a strong component of market validation for every project we accept. Our main goal is to foster tech startups growth faster, but also secure their chances to succeed worldwide. We’re building a solid ground for them, so at the end of the program they will be ready to get a significant round of funding”.

The acceleration program will begin at the end of May with a validation phase that will last 4 weeks, then a few of those will be selected for the second phase. The second phase of the program, from June to September, will focus on product development, creating the go to market strategy for the teams and facilitating the international launch of projects. During these both phases the teams will access specific areas of support from the program’s mentors, corporate partners and the extended network of development partners.

The admission in the program is free for the selected teams. Spherik only received 3.14% from any investment facilitated in the first year after the program.
