At the initiative of Mayor Taron Margaryan, for the sixth year running a big open-air concert has been organized on the Jazz Day. The concert organized at the area of Cascade complex gathered thousands of jazz lovers.
The concert program saturated with world and Armenian jazz compositions was also listened to by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan. Famous jazzmen and jazz-bands performed during the concert.
A real surprise for jazz lovers became the performance of eminent American saxophonist Chico Freeman.
