The founding director of Regional Studies Center, political scientist Richard Giragosian after the conference of Armenian and Turk investors during the interview referred to the Nalbandian-Mammadyarov meeting and qualified it as “fancy”.
The political scientist highlights the meeting, but the fact that the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh does not have partners in terms of peace makes him angry: “The Republic of Armenia has diplomatic but not strategic partner, and Azerbaijan increases risks of the conflict.”
Richard Giragosian also highlights the fact that in terms of Artsakh conflict Russia cooperates with the West, but for example in terms of Crimea or Ukraine Russia it not seems so.
