Gagik Tsarukyan met MPs who submitted withdrawal applications

May 03,2017 17:33

As we already reported the spokesperson of Central Electoral Commission posted the list of the people who want to give up their mandates. The list of “Tsarukyan” alliance was remarkable: Ararat Zurabyan, Napoleon Azizyan, Khachik Manukyan, Vahan Karapetyan, Lyova Khachatryan and others: generally 23 elected members of parliament. Some of them announced that they did not submit an application and they do not even know what has happened. Napoleon Azizyan told in his interviews that he is going to take the mandate.

By the way, if some of this people, for example Ararat Zurabyan, Lyova Khachatryan, could not provide the number of votes, which they have pledged before the elections, in case of Napoleon Azizyan, Vahan Karapetyan, Khachik Manukyan and the son of Abraham Manukyan it is unclear, as they have provided pledged votes and even in some cases have exceeded.

Yesterday some of them started to protest announcing that they are going to protect their rights. For example, Napoleon Azizyan was going to do it in court. Abraham Manukyan, according to our information, has called to Gagik Tsarukyan and expressed his indignation. Gagik Tsarukyan has answered that though it turned out in that way they do not have problems with each other, they will meet, talk and understand each other. Abraham Manukyan has said that he is not going to tolerate what has happened.

Aravot.am also was informed that Gagik Tsarukyan has invited those 23 people who have submitted the applications, after the meeting they refuse to protest.
