The May 4 sitting of the National Assembly was not held because of lack of a quorum. At 12:00 appropriate number of deputies was not registered. Under the NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration continued for 3 hours, during which the necessary number of deputies was also not registered.
The NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan has informed that the sitting is considered not held because of not providing a quorum.
