May 06,2017 15:35

Member of Pan-Armenian National Movement Ararat Zurabyan answers to the questions of 168.am

– Mr. Zurabyan, you are among those 12 candidates who withdraw their recusal applications in Central Electoral Commission. The part of those candidates was claiming that they have not signed any recusal applications. You did not make any announcement.  What has happened in “Tsarukyan” alliance?

-Frankly speaking, listening to the announcements of candidates that they have never submitted recusal applications, I was surprised. I did not make any agreement, did not take any responsibility to bring votes. Being the president of Pan-Armenian National Movement I was included in the list of “Tsarukyan” alliance with political agreements. And nomination in rating list was derived from that agreement, it was not a precondition for future developments. Therefore, not wanting to be identified with the members of the unsteady dignity and honesty parade, I have decided to put down my mandate during the first sitting of National Assembly.
