“We try to bring into life the agreements reached in Vienna and St Petersburg”, during the press conference said a member of parliament Shirak Torosyan.
“We are bringing to life these agreements unilaterally. We have placed monitoring equipment on the border not only to monitor but also to keep our borders safe.”
Referring to the opponent who rejects to implement the reached agreements, Shirak Torosyan said that it is Azerbaijan’s business whether it will start the war or not: “Azerbaijan will have serious problems if it starts a war. We are ready to resist.”
According to MP: “If Azerbaijan is looking for the alternatives to Madrid principles, then it can be the war, but for Armenian side, it is the recognition of Artsakh.”
