Levon Zurabyan reminded the first president of Republic of Armenia, leader of ANC Levon Ter-Petrosian’s remark: “He has said if Azerbaijan accepts our peace plan (which is based on the compromised version of conflict resolution: on Madrid principals, editorial) as a weakness, then Azerbaijan will be burst.
