On May 9, current year, at 15:07 local time, (at 11:07 by Grinvich), the RA MES Seismic Protection Survey Seismological Network registered an earthquake at the northern latitude 41.180 and eastern longitude 43.960 geographic coordinates (Georgia –Armenia border zone, 14km northeast from the village of Bavra), with 3.1 magnitude and 12 km depth.
The tremor measured magnitude 4 points at the epicenter area.
According to preliminary data, the earthquake was not felt in the RA.
