Committee Chairman of 7/46 polling station told journalists that Committee member of “The Armenian Renaissance” party Arayik Gevorgyan, who threatened and insulted Aravot.am reporter, gave an explanation in the police station.
After getting out from the police station Arayik Gevorgyan again began to display aggressive behavior, scold and threaten, as he learned that there is a journalist of Aravot.am in the polling station. Then he said, “You will see how I will make them fire you!”
The journalists wondered how he is going to do so. In response, Arayik Gevorgyan tried to obstruct the journalists’ work and tried to take away the “Armenian Times” reporter Tatev Khachatryan’s phone, again insulted the journalists saying that they are donkeys.
Moreover, the committee chairman said that it is the Arayik Gevorgyan’s leisure hour. While he is walking in the polling station, threatening journalists.
