When talking to Aravot.am lawyer Tigran Yegoryan noted that the nature of the law violations during the elections of the Yerevan City Council is similar to the parliamentary elections- instructions, violation of the secrecy of voting, cases of voting control and bribery: “During these elections there is more pressure on the observers and violation of rights.”
As much as Mr. Yegoryan compared these elections with the parliamentary ones, he still considered it too soon to give assessment: “The nature of the electoral violations and the mechanism of electoral fraud are just more developed and coordinated.”
