May 15,2017 15:43

The alarms were not unprecedented taking into consideration the quantitative and contextual aspects of the electoral frauds. “We didn’t get any special alarms “, said the CEC chairman Tigran Mukuchyan in the CEC speaking to the reporters about the electoral frauds at Yerevan City Council elections.
According to him, there are two days to make an appeal against election results and present other complaints.
Mukuchyan also mentioned that the CEC hadn’t recorded yet how the credentials must be distributed, as there is still time to make the final conclusion of the election results.
“The 65 credentials must be distributed among three parties,” said the CEC chairman.
