Based on the application of ‘Yelq’ alliance, the results of the 7/53 polling station were recounted at the No. 7 electoral-territorial commission.
The proxy of ‘Yelq’ Vahagn Hovakimyan noticed that the bag wasn’t signed and sealed: “You have this kind of a bag, you could have made it, put the papers inside and bring it here”. One of the members of the electoral-territorial commission suggested taking Vahagn Hovakimyan out of the session, saying that he was preventing the commission’s work, talking to RPA’s, talks without a permission, etc. The president of the commission put it to voting and Vahagn Hovakimyan was expelled from the conference hall because of making a noise.
David Khazhakyan asked them not to do that, but Vahagn Hovakimyan decided to leave, announcing: “I’m leaving but I’m definitely sure that you- the 7th electoral-territorial commission, have committed a crime by changing the bag of the 7/53 polling station. I’m sure of that. I promise to find the evidence of what you Have done and present it. Then you’ll see.”
