The former head of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, the analyst of the Armenian center of Regional Research David Shahnazaryan thinks that the addressed statement of OSCE Minsk Group about the last incident provoked by the rival at the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border is connected with the aggressive position and their non-constructive participation in negotiations.
“The response of OSCE Minsk Group was late. If they spread that announcement on the first day, the situation would have been different,”- said David Shahnazaryan when talking to Aravot.am.
“Then the situation would have been the following: OSCE Minsk Group would point out that Azerbaijan had done something like that, and Artsakh would answer next day. This is a right policy, which the Defense Forces of Artsakh are using. Meaning, we are not shooting, but for your every shot, you will get tenfold,”- added our interviewee.
