Azerbaijani forces broke the ceasefire across the Line of Contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan more than 95 times overnight to May 23-24, firing around 1,140 shots toward the Armenian positions from weapons of difference calibres.
Defense Army of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic reports, apart from firearms, the Azerbaijani forces applied 60mm and 82mm mortars (14 shells) and automatic grenade launcher (41 shells) in the southeastern direction of the Line of Contact.
Defense Army frontline units retaliated and continued confidently carrying out combat guard, the release added.
