During the first sitting of National Assembly ‘Yelq’ bloc boycotted the speeches of the president of the Republic of Armenia and the Catholicos. “Aravot” asked “Yelq” MP Sasun Mikaelyan why did they boycott, they say that it was formal, you took the mandates, so why you boycott? He answered: “The authorities did not give our mandates that we boycott them. During our campaign, we have promised to the people who have voted for us that we will be responsible for each vote, that we will fight for human rights with the given mandates. The authorities did not give us the mandates, that we boycott them now.”
