President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on Thursday to reappoint Edward Nalbandian as minister of foreign affairs, Hranush Hakobyan – as minister of diaspora, Vahan Martirosyan – as minister of transport, communication and information technologies, Ashot Manukyan – as energy infrastructure and natural resources, Ignati Arakelyan – as minister of agriculture, Suren Karayan – as minister of economic development investments.
