Prior to the presentation of the international research on the “Aurora” humanism index 2017, businessman Ruben Vardanyan was asked whether the current economic model of the Republic of Armenia allows Armenian and foreign businessmen to start a business in Armenia, taking into consideration that the government has changed with a new vice-president.
Last year during an interview Ruben Vardanyan expressed his concern that “the current economic model does not allow the foreigners or Armenian businessmen residing in other countries to come to Armenia, start a job and succeed. The reason is that the rules are different for different people”. Ruben Vardanyan avoided answering the question this time, justifying that he would talk only about “Aurora” that day.
