“Almost twice as many Iranians travel to Georgia and Azerbaijan for a vacation as to the Republic of Armenia”, stated Iranologist Emma Begijanyan at the press conference.
“Iranians like everything in Armenia, but they regret traveling here by their own cars, as they are always being stopped on the roads so many times. Expensiveness plays a role too. They are more satisfied with the quality of services in Georgia. Georgians are polite in all matters”, the Iranologist mentioned.
In addition, according to experts, about 25000 Iranian tourists are expected to visit Armenia this year in March-April.
