According to Garnik Isagulyan’s analysis, an advisor of the NKR Permanent Representation, parallel to the degradation in Azerbaijan, the economic growth in Artsakh has not been less than ten percent within the last ten years. “Serious economic processes are taking place in Artsakh, the political situation is stable”, said Mr. Isagulyan.
According to him, the Minsk Group co-chair countries have begun to make objective statements, which are misinterpreted by various RA government officials, “According to them, the Minsk Group countries are making anti-Azerbaijanian statements. Those are not anti-Azerbaijanian. They merely make an objective evaluation. Such statements are not adequate in here”.
According to him, no one has ever spoken about concession of territories either in Armenia or in Artsakh, “No one is going to concede anything, under any circumstances”. In response to the question, whether he thinks or not that the rumours about conceding territories began after Serzh Sargsyan’s interview to the Russian media, as he referred to the document of seven territories return, Mr. Isagulyan said, “Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, unlike many others, sincerely speaks about whatever is being discussed in documents. Every time he reiterates that no one will resolve the issue behind Artsakh’s back. Armenia is by Artsakh’s side, but not in its place”.
