Constructive operations in Talish village of Artsakh, which was significantly damaged after being bombarded by the Azerbaijani side on April 2016, are underway. The state is going not to restore the community, but to build a new Talish. Artsakh Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan talked about this during the meeting with journalists on a visit to the Republic of Artsakh.
He noted that new houses will have basements, so in case of need, the dwellers can be protected. In response to the journalists’ remark that Talish is being observed by the enemy and is on its target, the Prime Minister said, “All the villages are being observed due to technical capabilities. Both Stepanakert and Baku are on target”.
