We asked Taron Margaryan after the first session with the new staff of Yerevan municipality how he had accumulated his wealth, but Margaryan did not give a certain answer mentioning his answer to the same question given previously: “Have a look at my statements.” We told that the statement does not encompass the ways of accumulating the wealth, but Margaryan avoided giving an answer again. Asked whether the salary of a district governor or a city mayor is enough to accumulate millions, Mr. Margaryan did not reply properly.
