The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has publicized data and video on the Armenian “spy” as if appeared in his territory. His name and surname are mentioned Zaven Karapetyan on one media and Khaver in the other, as if born on November 16, 1974, in Dovegh, Noyemberyan region, he introduces himself as Dovegh resident. Dovegh village governor Samvel Gorginyan told that no Karapetyans live in their village. We looked over the phone book published in the Soviet period where no Krapetyans were mentioned.
The speech of the man with body armor introduced as a spy is twisted, not logical, his language is not similar to Armenian. Noteworthy is the fact that the man pronounces the “native” Dovegh in Azerbaijani way. Rough editing of the shots is noticed in 4 parts of the video lasting 3 minutes and 41 seconds, the “movie” on the spy is made very badly.
