The analysts argue that regardless the balance of the forces along Artsakh-Azerbaijan border is preserved, tensions of the situation are always possible. The analyst of Razm.info specialized website witnessed that Azerbaijan almost always escalates the situation, when it needs to distract the society from certain issues: inner political issues, inner spy scandal, oil prices. The analysts informed that International Bank of Azerbaijan has gone bankrupt which was to finance the construction of Azerbaijan’s railway. The analyst did not want to link the border tension with the military exercises launched today in Azerbaijan: “Sometimes they coincide, but the main reason is the policy adopted by Azerbaijani authorities. However, the possibility at this moment is not that high that they will strain the situation.”
Coming to the likely influence of the announcement of the Minsk Group Co-Chairs Taron Hovhannisyan noticed that we need not expect Azerbaijan to gather himself after the OSCE’s targeted announcement, it should bear a consistent nature and be in line with our actions.
