Press Secretary of the RA Defence Minister Artsrun Hovhannisyan has provided new details on the health condition of 12 car-crashed contract servicemen on his Facebook page, “The situation changed. Doctors estimated the health condition of 7 injured as critical, and as the average for the other 7”.
