“We are ready, our doors are open for Armenia. We are waiting for the signing of the document, and as head of the EU delegation to Armenia Piotr Switalski said, we expect concrete steps from Armenian partners. We expect not promises, but concrete steps”, Polish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Jerzy Novakowski told journalists, after the discussion on “NATO from Warsaw to Brussels. Reforms in Armenia’s Security Sector” topic.
Let us remind, that in November, at the Brussels Summit, Armenia, and the EU are expected to sign a framework agreement. It has been initialed.
In response to the question, what will happen if the document is not signed, the diplomat said, Of course, we will continue the dialogue with Armenia. But there are different types of dialogues: friendly dialogue, ordinary dialogue, and cold dialogue, which is the “weapon dialogue”. We hope for a great Armenian-European dialogue. It depends on both sides and the clear implementation of our agreements”.
