Aravot.am has asked its readers what the Constitution is for them.
The respondents of the survey had four options: “a useless piece of paper”, “One of the most important attributes of the restoration of the statehood of Armenian people deprived of it for centuries”, “I’m not interested in politics”, and “fundamental law adopted by fraud which is constantly violated by the authorities”.
3 percent of the respondents said that they are not interested in politics, 23 percent considers it a useless piece of paper, 30 percent said that it is one of the most important attributes of the restoration of the statehood of Armenian people deprived of it for centuries.
And the majority of the respondents, 44 percent, said that it is a fundamental law adopted by fraud which is constantly violated by the authorities.
