David Sanasaryan on National Security Service: ՛This structure serves Russian KGB՛

July 18,2017 19:55

On July 17, the protest-march commenced from Freedom Square on 1-year anniversary of “Sasna Tsrer” uprising. The participants of the march passed along the Northern Avenue and returned back to the Freedom Square via Nalbandyan, Moskovyan streets and Mashtots Avenue. They were shouting “Death to the Regime”, “Sovereign Armenia” as well as the names of “Sasna Tsrer”.

The member of “Heritage” party David Sanasaryan, who has returned from the US lately where he was studying, was among the participants of the march.

The participants of the march stopped in front of the building of the National Security Service for a moment. “Yesterday, the spokesman, in quotation marks, of the Parliament met with his Russian colleague and the colleague told if you want us not to bother Armenian drivers any longer, you should give a status to Russian language in Armenia, instead”, announced David Sanasaryan by loud speaker.

Whistles and bangs on drums followed. Afterwards he indicated the building of the National Security Service: “We all know that this structure serves the Russian KGB, these are the representatives of the Russian KGB, the slaves. They keep 4 of Sasna Tsrer in this building… Freedom Gagik, Karo, Edgar, Aram… Freedom to Sasna Tsrer.”

By the way, the march was not being guided by any police officer. It seemed they had boycotted that.
