As we have already informed, current President Bako Sahakyan was elected as President of Artsakh. He delivered a congratulatory speech after the announcement of election results:
“One of the main peculiarities of our national liberation is that we have discovered the main truth of this world, of our life, that is homeland is one’s true happiness. And we have come together with you through these years of our joint work. And I’m also here to present our moods, our attitudes, our perceptions, the opinions of all of us about life, those collective approaches, that we are happy because we have the opportunity to serve our homeland. I wish good luck to all of us to provide the service”.
