“Karabakh and Azerbaijani peoples have never been so hostile. Now I can say that we have a part of fault too, we have allowed the Azerbaijani authorities to spoil their people. They have spoiled, and we have said they are our enemies. We cannot say that they are our enemies. Everyone has had several friends, colleagues, relatives, we cannot say that they are all our enemies, they are our opponents”, noted Artsakh hero, NKR National Security Council Secretary Vitaly Balasanyan.
“Now, if Aliyev’s power changes in Azerbaijan, for example, even if Mehriban takes over the power, or someone else, you will see a decrease in hostility. That hostility must be killed. Not every question can be solved by money. Enmity cannot be shut down with enmity, another way is needed, this animosity must be eliminated.
Aliyev maintains his power only through aggressive hostility. He is aggressive: aggressive must be punished, but the whole nation is not aggressive, why should the whole nation care responsibility because of Aliyev? Some work should be done with those people. There are people living in extremely difficult situation in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan should be awakened”, added our interlocutor.
