The Human Rights Defender’s Office summed up all the information on the bombardment of Armenian border villages Chinari, Voskepar, Baghanis, Voskevan, Koti, and Barekamavan in Tavush region by Azerbaijani armed forces since January in the current year, gained in the result of the fact-finding activities.
Particularly, the facts of firing, targeting and damaging civilian population by the Azerbaijani armed forces have been summed up, revealing the nature and regularities of the recorded violations.
Summary results have been sent to international organizations and international human rights organizations.
Currently, preparations are underway to organize international meetings and discussions and to consider all the facts included in those special reports.
