They spent 10 nights in Odzun, created and presented their impressions in the form of paintings, which were placed in the churchyard.

“Lori has become very close to me because I have participated in the festival once more in previous years. We were painting every day within this time, admiring the beautiful nature of Armenia, the hospitality of Odzun people”, Marat Turgenbay, a painter from Kazakhstan, told Aravot.am. He was most impressed by the kindness and attention of the Lori people. “I have no words”, he states.

The organizer of the festival, Sergo Yeritsyan, chairman of the Patriotic Union “Lorva Dzor”, awarded certificates to the guests. Some of the foreign artists also became honorary members of the Artists’ Union of Armenia. Yeritsyan stressed that the importance of this festival is that artists will be participating in exhibitions in other countries with impressions and paintings about Armenia.
