President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing major-general Kamo Vardanyan from the post of first deputy commander, chief of staff of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army military unit N 19916.
According to another Presidential decree major-general Karen Abrahamyan was appointed first deputy commander, chief of staff of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army military unit N19916.
