“What a good question!”, exclaimed Vardan Harutyunyan, head of state revenue committee of the Republic of Armenia to a question during a briefing in the Parliament. And the question was why didn’t he serve in the army?
“I entered a university in 1991 and graduated in 1996 when I had to sons. That is the reason why I didn’t serve. If I have sinned, I ask a forgiveness from the society.”
