On November 11, the Artsakh members of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assemblies of Armenia and Artsakh led by the President of the Parliament of the Artsakh Republic (AR) and accompanied by the RA NA deputy Mihran Hakobyan visited Yerablur Pantheon.
The Artsakh parliamentarians laid flowers at the tombs of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan, Commander Andranik and the victims of the four-day war and honoured their memory in silence and bowing.
The President of the AR National Assembly noted: “We paid our tribute to memory of the Armenian sons, who were brought up in the years of independent statehood and are bearers of freedom and independence. Today, thousands of such heroes defend our borders having in their hearts the April war heroes’ courage.”
On the same day Ashot Ghulyan and the Artsakh parliamentarians visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex of the Armenian Genocide victims, laid flowers and honoured in silence the Holy Martyrs’ memory.
