November 20,2017 14:35

“Armenian Renaissance” and the Republican Party of Armenia Vanadzor regional branches have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The memorandum constitutes that the aim of the cooperation is undertaking proportionate and joint responsibility of Vanadzor city’s governance. And in the result of the cooperation, ARP branch leader Arkadi Peleshyan will take the position of the first deputy head of the city. Let us remind you that it is already a year that the members of the City Council from “Armenian Renaissance”party together with “Bright Armenia” and “Prosperous Armenia” were boycotting the sessions.

And in November 10, the Constitutional Court considered the provision which RPA and ARF cited inviting sessions and making decisions non liable.

Merely a week after the decision of the Constitutional Court, RPA and ARP signed the aforementioned memorandum. Let us remind you that last year, when Mamikon Aslanyan was elected a mayor by closed-secret vote, the leader of “Rule of Law” party, Heghine Bisharyan had announced as if no one from their faction had violated the agreement acquired before: “I am sure, that my political team has chosen whatever decision has been in place firmly, under its principle. And the ones who have deviated from the total agreement decision, they are simply immoral people.”

Aravot.am did not succeed in making a contact with Arkadi Peleshyan, as well as other members of ARP, all mobile numbers are unavailable.
