On 13 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Oukhtadzor village of the Hadrout region and partook at a solemn opening ceremony of a new community center.
The President highlighted the strategic nature of the programs aimed at developing rural settlements adding that they would continue to be in the authorities’ spotlight.
