The delegation of the Alliance of Conservatives and Reformists, by Armenian MP Gagik Tsarukyan’s initiative and the escort of “Tsarukyan” alliance has arrived at Stepanakert. During the meeting with Artsakh MPs, the President of the National Assembly, Ashot Ghulyan, greeting the members of the delegation, has noted that welcoming foreign delegations to Artsakh National Assembly in different formats has become a kind tradition since already long ago and this meeting is one of the vivid examples of it. “Artsakh is open for all the people who value the ideal of freedom. Thank you for being here by this representative delegation today, breaking the stereotypes hindering the preservation of peace and stability in the world”, said Mr. Ghulyan.
MP of the Republic of Armenia, “Tsarukyan” alliance leader Gagik Tsarukyan has spoken about the reasons of the initiative: “We should give all opportunities to and create conditions for people to come and see Artsakh, communicate with its people and become assured that here people live, work and create peacefully.”
