“At the moment alternatives which could have substituted the frames of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs are not visible. In essence, no deep and significant signals presuming reforms and pinning the constructive and peaceful process of Artsakh conflict resolution from security perspective are in place via the agreement signed between the Republic of Armenia and the EU”, explains “Noravank” educational and scientific foundation analyst, political scientist, Karen Vardanyan.
As stated by him, regardless of the signing of the agreement, Azerbaijan will maximally hinder the approaches stemming from constructive grounds of the international public by destructive approaches. “Notwithstanding that it is said they try to bring the parties around negotiation table, U.S.-Russia and Russia-EU in-depth issues within regional processes cannot skip reflecting on the negotiation process”, emphasizes the political scientist.
