“Ruben Tatulyan has been the freelance advisor of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, he does not maintain this position currently”, informed the press secretary of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tigran Balayan, refraining from giving other comments.
Let us remind you that Russian resident Ruben Tatulyan (Robson), against whom the Ministry of Finance of the U.S.A. had set sanctions earlier for supporting a criminal, as a response to Alexander Vasiliev’s overview implying that Tatulyan drives a car with diplomatic license plates, replied: “I am the advisor of the Minister of the Foreign Relations. I have a diplomatic passport… a diplomatic car has been attached to me.”
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian’s advisors are Armen Ghevondyan, Andranik Hovhannisyan, Davit Sargsyan, Ruben Shakaryan, Hrach Silvanyan and Vahagn Atabekyan.
