“The last gunshot because of which an Armenian soldier died, which took place after the meeting of the OSCE Co-chairs, the announcement of the Azerbaijani leadership contradicts to the logic included in Vienna, St. Petersburg statements. If we expect a progress, then we should understand that without the realization of those agreements it is impossible to make any shift in the negotiation process”, explained the spokesman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Eduard Sharmazanov.
As stated by him, Azerbaijan’s behavior of the latest time hints that they are not ready for a progress in the negotiations.
