President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which for contribution to the development and popularization of chess and in connection with his 80th birthday anniversary coach-teacher of the Stepanakert’s chess children’s and youth sports school Yervand Mkrtchyan was conferred an honorary title of the NKR Honored Coach.
