Explosion in Yerevan, eight injured

Eight were injured in an explosion thought to be caused by oxygen tank in “Burger King” fast food restaurant in downtown Yerevan, Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

The injured have been taken to Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center.

There are citizens of Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran among the injured.

Seven out of eight injured are underage.
