Mamikon Navasardyan’s paintings are exhibited in “Naregatsi” art institute today onwards.
The painter’s individual exhibition entitled “Kanch” (the call) encompasses scenes picturing the catastrophe of the Armenian Genocide: pregnant women crucified by Turks, bones of killed Armenians…
The “hero” of one of the paintings is the devil. As stated by the painter it embodies Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“I have painted years ago, however, I have become conscious later on that Erdogan is pictured in this painting,” told Mamikon Navasardyan to Aravot.am.
