“Experience shows that police actions during rallies take place at night, when rally participants call it a day and leave, and only a few protesters remain in the square”, Nikol Pashinyan, head of the “Civil Contract” party, fighting against the reproduction of Serzh Sargsyan and the Republican Party of Armenia announced on a live stream on Facebook during the “My Step” campaign, adding that he has not left for home even for a minute during the campaign. He is going to do the same during rallies at Liberty Square. He also calls on the public to do the same and stay at Liberty Square for four days since the 13th. Two out of four are non-working days. For the next two days Nikol Pashinyan calls on strikes.
On one side of the road Nikol Pashinyan showed another example of a “false state”: the signboard defining a 20 thousand dram fine for throwing litter in the surrounding was surrounded by litter. Nikol Pashinyan noticed that they had crossed 80 km and did not see any garbage bins on the way. On the other hand, he scolded the citizens who pollute the environment even under the threat of 20 thousand drams of fine, whereas they like drinking a toast for the Mother Nature.
