Demonstrations continue in Vanadzor, Armenia. Since early morning, employees of various enterprises and students of educational institutions in Vanadzor went out on strike. From different corners of the city, they moved to the square of Hayk.
During an interview with us, employees of “Gloria” sewing factory mentioned that the administration threatened them and did not allow to strike, but they went out on strike, leaving the factory.
Thousands of citizens gathered at the square of Hayk and walked towards Tumanyan square. A report was received that several schools had closed the doors and did not permit children to leave.
The situation in Vanadzor is uncontrollable, and the police are not able to do anything.
